By downloading, installing, or using the Fintrack mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Fintrack is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to:
- Record and categorize income and expenses
- Use AI-powered natural language input for transaction entry
- View financial reports and analytics
- Set and track budgets
- Export transaction data
3. User Accounts
To use the App, you must:
- Create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Financial Disclaimer
The App is for informational purposes only. Fintrack does not:
- Provide financial, investment, or tax advice
- Connect to your bank accounts or financial institutions
- Process or store actual payment information
- Guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated categorizations
You should consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Jawalabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
7. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown and that your interaction with advertisements is subject to the advertiser's terms and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINTRACK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
